1. Is the fabric machine washable?
The fabric cover is made from 100% polyester and is machine washable. We recommend a warm to medium temperature.
2. How do I select the right size?
For use as a sitting ball: 65cm
For part of your exercise program: 4'8" - 5'5" (55cm), 5'6" - 6'0" (65cm), 6'1" - 6'5" (75cm)
3. What is included?
