I purchased an Esfera 65cm wellness ball to support my recovery from major abdominal surgery - and I was not disappointed! Given most of my exercise is being done at home, in my lounge, I didn’t want a ball that stuck out like a sore thumb. The ball is the perfect size for me (I’m 165cm tall) and beautifully designed (love the handle for easy manoeuvring & the stability ring at the bottom which stops the ball rolling around).
